Exploring How Plants Heal Series:
Plant Fundamentals- Plant Medicine as a Mirror
with Cathlin Star Walker
In this workshop we’ll explore how listening to medicine of plants can mirror our own needs thus providing the intuitive connection and inspiration we need to tend to our self care.
Exploring How Plants Heal is a series of four workshops all about the magic and sustenance of the plant world. We will begin with simple ways plants arrive in our lives and how we can foster relationships with them, to the more mundane and mindful practices that plants can inform in our daily lives. This workshop is for anyone who has dreamt of a plant, been haunted by a garden or grove in the forest, or used an herbal remedy. If you have any inkling of curiosity about the magic of plants this is a great place to start.
The third in our four part series, Exploring How Plants Heal, this workshop dives into the basics of being in relation with plants and ultimately self. The cycles and rhythms of plant life offer insight into our living breathing body. Embodying the medicine of plants, entering the dream world of nature opens us to opportunities within our own internal realm. We will explore how listening to medicine of plants can mirror our own needs thus providing the intuitive connection and inspiration we need to tend to our self care.
